Web tickets are electronic tickets that can be purchased on the DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM official website.
By purchasing your online ticket in advance, you can enter the museum without having to wait in line at the ticket counter or ticket vending machine.

Do I need to register as a member to purchase online tickets?
New reservations require membership registration.
How many online tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase up to 9 tickets at a time.
If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets, please purchase multiple tickets at once.
Can I pay by other means than credit card?
Payment is only accepted by credit card (one-time payment).
I got an error during the purchase process, what should I do?
If an error message appears, try the following:

How to Use and Present Your Web Ticket
Do I need to print my web ticket in color?
No printing is required.
Please show your ticket by tapping 「Display Ticket」 in the reservation confirmation email on your smartphone at the reception desk.
When is my ticket valid for?
If you purchase tickets through the official DMM Kariyushi Aquarium website, your tickets will be date-specific, and the selected date will be the ticket’s valid date.
How to Check and Manage Your Web Ticket
Can I check the details of my online ticket purchase?
You can confirm your purchase details from the reservation summary section in your confirmation email.
After purchasing a web ticket, I closed the page without saving the QR code that was displayed. What should I do?
After completing your purchase, a purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
To view your ticket, tap 「Display Ticket」 in the confirmation email.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchasing, what should I do?
If you contact us at (kariyushi-aquarium@book.ntmg.com), we can resend your confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, the following may be the reasons, so please check in advance.
・The email has been rejected due to spam settings.
・It has been sorted into the "Junk Mail" folder as spam.
Emails regarding ticket purchases and confirmations from DMM Kariyushi Aquarium are sent from the domain "@nutmeglabs.com".
Please check your email settings to ensure that you can receive emails from "@nutmeglabs.com".
If they are being blocked, you will need to adjust your spam filter or domain settings accordingly.
Can I issue a receipt?
Issuing a receipt is possible. Please contact us in advance and let us know that you would like a receipt issued.

I lost my advance ticket. What should I do?
If you purchased an online ticket on the official DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM website, your online ticket will be sent to the email address you entered when purchasing, so please check there.
If you purchased your tickets at a play guide, convenience store, etc., please Contact Us the respective operating company.

Can I cancel my online ticket?
Ticket cancellations and refunds can be made through “My Page.”
There will be no cancellation/refund fee (0 yen).

Prohibited Uses and Important Notes for Web Tickets
I can no longer go to DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM, so can I sell or give away the online ticket I purchased on a flea market or auction site?
Please note that we strictly prohibit the resale or transfer of our online tickets under any circumstances.

Web tickets purchased in advance on the official website can be changed, canceled, or refunded. These actions can be completed by the customer through “My Page.”
There will be no cancellation/refund fee (0 yen).

I was unable to enter the museum with the ticket I purchased at a flea market or auction site. Can I get a refund or have the ticket reissued?
Only tickets purchased by yourself or your companion at our ticket counter, ticket vending machines, online tickets on the DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM official website, or at authorized ticket sales agents such as convenience stores and play guides will be accepted for admission.
Please note that online tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers, such as flea market or auction sites, cannot be refunded or reissued.
Please note that the museum cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur with online tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.
